Why Luxembourg
Property prices and rents in Luxembourg are among the highest in Europe. For many residents, including people with solid jobs, buying alone is out of reach even though they would gladly share a home, and finding a room with clear dates is slow.
Buying together is allowed and common, but finding the right people, splitting the shares fairly and agreeing on the rules is hard to do alone. Renting a room often means long message chains just to learn if it is free. Zemmer closes both gaps.
